Week TWo: Root Chakra

The ROOT Chakra and getting GROUNDED. This chakra is based around the limbs and your bottom.

The root chakra is also known as the Earth Chakra. Spending time outside is REALLY helpful in keeping this chakra open, and balanced. It will often be closed when we can’t find a connection to the Earth, or our current surroundings.

The root chakra is also our connection to feeling SAFE it is controlled by our FEARS.

Focusing on feeling loved, supported, and really balanced in life helps us feel more rooted in. If we don’t have a safe living space or if we surround ourselves with unstable friendships or even places of work that are not fulfilling us we can get really ungrounded and feel lost, dazed, foggy, and confused.

Intro To The Root Chakra

In this video I will discuss FEAR and its connection to the Root Chakra.

It is important to face what it is you fear here in this first week so that we can move forward and dive even deeper into what makes you YOU.

 

In this video I discuss the physical and mental connections the root chakra has on our body. Various aches pains, and blockages that can be caused by the Root Chakra being over or under active.

In this video I discuss a variety of ways you can work with your chakras. Including your crystals, oils, angels, animals, and more.

Yoga with Nick
