Hello, lovely souls! It's the first Sunday of the year, and I'm buzzing with excitement to embark on a journey of self-care with each one of you. I’ve wanted to get back to being consistent and sharing content and I think this is a hopeful way to stay updated with you all here. I will also be posting to my ShantasticShine Facebook page.

As we stand at the threshold of 2024, I've dedicated time to curate 52 weeks of self-care suggestions that I'm feeling called to consistently share with my amazing community.

Every Sunday, I'll be unveiling a new invitation, inviting you to embrace self-care in its varied forms. Right now, I encourage each of you to take a moment, give yourself the gift of self-reflection, and share your thoughts below.

I believe that setting the tone for the year begins with nurturing a mindful daily routine.

To start my routines I often use a reward system, or create a goal with a deadline that gives me something to celebrate on that deadline.

Sometimes its a simple goal and others its a bit more of a intense project goal to test my limits. Reguardless if I don't put it both in my phone and planner I'm not as likely to remember it.
