2020 Update: Due to Corona Virus we are currently not accepting exchanges returns or repairs. We apologize for the inconvEniENce but wish to keep our studio healthy and will be sanitIzing items before shipping as well.

No Refunds/Exchanges:
We do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item you purchased is defective. If you receive a defective item, please contact us at [shantasticshine@gmail.com] with details of the product and the defect. We will discuss options in e-mail.

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or you would like to have an item repaired you will need to cover shipping back to Shine Studios for further help. Shine Studios will cover shipping back for repaired items.
Repairs
Shine Studios reserves the right to accept or decline repairs depending on the situation of the item. If the item is fixable and you are willing to cover the shipping to Shine Studios for the repair Shine Studios will repair when possible in production schedule. Due to Shannon’s shifting schedule we can not guarantee how quickly items may be repaired.
