Learn more about reiki, energy healing, auras, chakras and more in this deep dive into energy and how to connect with your own soul on a deeper level.

Meditation, and Manifestation.
Have you been wondering what tools are good for what? How to set up a basic crystal grid? What types of meditation are good for what anyway? And how the heck do I manifest my dreams?
This week will hopefully give you guidance on many of those questions and more!

Week 3: Past Lives

Have you been wanting to go on a journey into connecting with your past lives but aren’t sure where to start? No worries! In this week I will share with you my personal experience with past lives and you get a meditation to do on your own time that will help guide you into a past life of your own!

Week 4: Spirit Guides and Angels

Are you wondering things like… “ Who are my guides? What Angels are around me? How can I connect with them? What do they wish to say to me?” I’m sure you have many other questions too!
In this week we will dive into how to connect with them on a deeper level and work with them in a day to day world. Also included is a meditation to help you connect with them even deeper.

Week 5: Channeling and Expansion  
Have you wanted to know more about Channeling? Are you ready to expand and share your knowledge or connect with other spiritual entities and beyond? This week we will have a closing ceremony, I will answer any questions that come up through the course that I can, and we will discuss how to use channeling and creative expansion in your day to day life.
