Week FOUR: Solar Plexus Chakra

Hello everyone welcome back!

This last week often gives many a hard time. But I hope you are feeling more confident and ready to take on the next chapter of healing. As we move from the sacral to the solar we begin to focus on a variety of different areas.

The solar plexus chakra is also the FIRE chakra and it deals with our connection to our own emotions, gut feelings, and connection to family and interpersonal relationships.

The solar plexus chakra is also our connection to feelings of self control and connection it is controlled by our SHAME.

The solar plexus chakra also deals with our connection to family and others. It is where we hold our feelings towards other people as well as the heart chakra. Especially for our children or families. Those of us that are empathic are likely to have a harder time keeping this area balanced as we feel others feelings so deeply and so easily and we often allow them to take over our emotions also

Unbalances in this area could cause ulcers, and digestive issues, anything connected with your gut if you are feeling these things physically I suggest you take a look at your solar plexus and what are some things that you feel shame from?

Personally I had struggled for a while with how I acted as a teenager. I dealt with a lot of loss and didn’t process my grief properly at the time. I’ve had to work through the moments I am ashamed of and remind myself that it was a part of my growing process and that through my actions even though they were immature I likely taught others things as well and that I was also acting out of fear and hurt rather than love. When we can forgive ourselves for the things we feel shame in and accept that they are a part of who we are then we are able to move forward and release these blockages as well.

Maybe you feel shame in who you are as a person, maybe you are not where you would like to be at this point in your life, maybe you said something to someone that really hurt you, or maybe someone has programmed you to be ashamed of something you should have never felt shame for in the first place. (GOODBYE narcissistic “friend or family member” its time to delete that person from your life.)

On another note…

This chakra is located in our gut and is also very connected with the food we eat and how we nourish ourselves and the world around us.

This week we will also really be focusing on what we nourish our bodies with, including foods, self care, and more

I hope you have some time to get in the kitchen or sit down and look at the ways your nourish yourself and release any SHAME you have for being YOU even if it’s just on an emotional level this week.

Also, try seeing yourself in your relationships this week and find ways to connect with people on a deeper level. What is it about people that you LOVE, and that you can’t stand, do you represent this energy in your own life? How can you be more loving and loveable and able to honor your own personal ethics?
